January 9, 2016 The Carissa Foundation was able to help a family of a micro preemie, and presented a TD Bank card as a token of our love and support. Thank you to all who have donated and continue to support this cause.
May 11, 2015 Care Support Basket A donation and care package was presented to a family who's baby was diagnosed with a congenital malformation. The Carissa Foundation was able to offer support in this situation. January 20, 2015 Care Support Basket A donation and care package was presented to a family experiencing a difficult situation, with a newborn baby. December 1, 2014 Care Support Basket A donation and care package was presented to a family who's child was diagnosed with a life threatening disease. The Carissa Foundation was able to offer support in this situation. November 30, 2014 NICU Support Basket A gift card was presented to a family who has a micro-preemie in the NICU.
November 5, 2014 Special Announcement The Carissa E. Memorial Foundation receives their 501c3 Tax exempt status. What a special day for the foundation, and a great way to remember our daughter Carissa's birthday.
September 15, 2014 A Birth Announcement Frank and Sharee are proud to announce the birth of their son Zachary Louis Morgan was born full-term happy and healthy at 7lbs 15oz and 20 inches long.
August 23, 2014 Fundraiser at Campbell's Field The Carissa Foundation's 2nd Annual fundraiser at Campbell's Field. Thanks to all of those who attended in support of our cause.
June 30, 2014 Care Support Basket A Care Support Basket was presented to a family dealing with major complications and a high risk pregnancy. The Carissa E. Memorial Foundation was able to present the deserving couple with a gift card. We pray that is token of care and love shows our support and care for them during this difficult situation.
June 14, 2014 NICU Support The Carissa Foundation was able to support a family that has two micro preemies in the NICU. Because of you support, care, and love, the foundation can continue to assist families going through a difficult situation.
November 23, 2013 Hat, Scarf, and Gloves Drive Donated hats, scarfs, and gloves for infants, children, and teenagers in homeless shelters throughout South Jersey. The Carissa E. Memorial Foundation teamed up with the another non-profit, the Rebirth of Camden, to make this happen! Thank you for your generous support!
October 26, 2013 NICU Support Basket The Carissa E. Memorial Foundation presented a NICU Support Basket for a well deserving family, that delivered a premature baby. Our foundation was able to present a TD Bank gift card to take off some financial burden from the family. Because of your generous support we were able to help this family!
September 2013 Stockton Service Learning Several students from the office of Service Learning considered our Foundation as a part of their learning process. Their focus is web design, social media, fundraising, and PR. We are appreciative of their help.
July 27, 2013 Family Night Out at Campbell's Field, What a wonderful time, watching the Camden Riversharks play and while supporting our cause.
June 26, 2013 Received the Dorothy Cox Fisher Award for Community Service, presented by Virtua Health System. Nominated by Sharon Allen Shareé Morgan is a nurse in the cardiac cath lab at Virtua Marlton. After enduring difficult losses over a two-year period, Shareé turned her personal heartbreak into help for families going through the mourning process after the loss of a child during pregnancy or childbirth. Shareé established the Carissa Foundation, creating a network of support through sharing, prayer and increased understanding and acceptance of loss. Throughout her life, Shareé has shown strength and commitment to reach important goals, such as earning a bachelors of science in nursing while working full time in a challenging position in the cath lab. Shareé has shown strength, and also great compassion, in moving forward beyond her personal tragedy to create a softer landing for others through the Carissa Foundation.

March 31, 2013 Easter Gift Cards Present to Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center, in support of families that have an infant in the NICU
March 21, 2013 Flowers sent to a funeral home in Atco, NJ, to show our care and concern for a father that lost his son
February 12, 2013 Stockton Service Learning A Student from the office of Service Learning considered our Foundation as an Independent Study. Her focus is web design, social media, fundraising, and PR. We are appreciative of her help. ___________________________________________________________ December 29, 2012 Grief Support Basket Grief Support Basket sent to a family who lost their baby after a few days of being born. Prayers to this family, may God heal their broken hearts.
December 19, 2012 The Carissa Foundation had an exciting day! We were happy to provide cookie trays, an apple cake, and a pumpkin rolls to Virtua Voorhess NICU, L&D, and High Risk Maternity. A cookie tray was also provided for NICU families, plus two cookie trays and an apple cake went to Our Lady of Lourdes MC's NICU staff and families. We also gave out $100 in gift cards, brochures, bracelets, logo pins, and pens. It is because of generous donations that we are able to brighten someone's day. We look forward to our future partnerships with Virtua and Lourdes. Please continue to show your support.
November 22, 2012 We are happy to announce that we were able to help a family for the Thanksgiving holiday. And also contribute food to needy families through our church.
November 1, 2012 Family Fun Night at Friendly's Thank you all for coming out and supporting the Carissa E. Memorial Foundation. It was a huge sucess and we were able to get the word out so that we can help many.
October 27, 2012 Grief Support Basket A Grief Support Basket was sent to family that experienced the loss of their daughter. The Carissa E. Memorial Foundation wants that family to know that we care for them and feel their sorrow during this tragic loss. We felt it necessary to reach out to this family and show our support. October 13, 2012 Perspective New Jersey Frank and I were interview by Nora Munchanic for the program Perspective New Jersey. We discussed our story and foundation. A bitter-sweet time.
September 23, 2012 Angel Garden dedication September 23, 2012 in New Virtua Voorhees Hospital This garden is dedicated to families that have loss their baby. It is also available for NICU families to come, reflect, and enjoy the gardens. Thank you Virtua for doing this!

August 25, 2012 The Carissa E. Memorial Foundation's First Fundraiser 2012 in American Legion This event was a huge success and a great start to our bright future. We are so grateful for the all support and love from our families, friends, and co-workers. A special thanks to the Caitlin E. Russell Foundation for their kindness and generosity.
