Hope you all had a prosperous week, and ready to embark on a new week’s journey! Last week had many challenges and many blessings. Take the good with the bad they say, nope… I believe I will have more good days than bad days! I believe God will fight my battles, and I believe the same for you. Keep fighting the good fight of faith.
Thank you to all who are reading my blogs and your thoughtful comments. It is blessing me and encouraging me. I pray they are blessing you and encouraging you. This foundation was envisioned to support families who have lost a baby or has a baby in the NICU, but it has evolved to reach those who are suffering through the issues of life.
What I have learned in this journey of life, is we need each other. Ultimately, we need God in all things, but we also need the support and love of each other. We are social creatures; it is the fundamental need for love and connection that helps develop a healthy introspective persona. Mental health is a major part of our total health and wellbeing. It is a forgotten component of the totality of a person. Mental health disorders can be familial but often it stems from trauma; intentional or unintentional infliction of suffering brought on by you, a person, or a thing. It can be a web of despair and hopelessness. Early recognition and processing of the triggering traumatic event can result in early effective treatment and resolution. God is able and just to heal our brokenness. There is nothing to hard he cannot fix or heal. We must allow Jesus as our savior into our hearts and infiltrate our body, mind, soul, and spirit!
Remember... “You are fearfully and wonderfully made!” (Psalm 139:14)
