Hello all! I know it has been a while since written a blog. Please forgive your girl.. lol! I recently started a new job, and I am trying to adjust to my new work schedule. I intend to get back on track. Thank you so much for your patience and prayers for me and this ministry.
Since February is the “Love” month, I decided the focus of this blog would be Love. So much to say about love, but what is it? Is it a feeling or is it an action? Is it a concept? Is it abstract or concrete? Is it a complex or a simple idea? Well, Love is alive! It is more than a concept or an action, it is a spirit! It is the fruit of the Holy Spirit. Love is not complicated; it is our culture and society that make it so difficult to interpret and receive. Our life experience and hurts all contribute to how we receive and love others. Why we should Love someone, how we should Love someone, when we should Love someone, all distort the true intent of Love.
However, the Love of God is pure and unconditional. It is simple and easy to receive his Love. He has so much Love for us that he gave his one and only son so we would escape the penalty of death and destruction. It is the kind of Love that can heal a broken heart, it is the kind of Love that covers a multitude of sin, it is the kind of Love that breaks every yoke, it is the kind of Love that turns darkness to light, it is the kind of Love that turns a heart from bitterness and anger to joy and happiness. I pray you will receive the Love of God into your heart. Choose to Love, for Love Never Fails!
